Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase if:

• The product is unused and in original packaging
• All included items and documentation are returned
• The product was not damaged due to misuse or negligence

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be refunded:

• Products damaged due to customer mishandling
• Items purchased during clearance or final sale events
• Customized or personalized products
• Products used beyond normal inspection

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, contact us at hairosupport@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label when applicable.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the credit.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
